This class shows busy parents how to put AI to work as a practical assistant, trading that mental load for more time and presence with the people who matter most. Through live demonstrations and real-life examples, parents will learn to safely prompt and personalize Generative AI (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) to organize information, generate ideas, and reduce decision fatigue.
