It begins by addressing the most common myths about AI, then builds a clear and practical understanding of how it works. From there, participants explore today's most widely-used generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude) with guided, low-pressure practice before choosing a real scenario from their own work or life to try.
