Collaborating with Agents - Part 3
Designing Agent Workflows
This three-part series is for learners who are already productive with AI and ready to take the next step. It moves beyond prompting and into directing: Part 1 introduces agents and reverse prompting, Part 2 covers agent skills and memory, and Part 3 focuses on designing multi-agent workflows that handle complex tasks. Participants leave with the confidence to direct AI agents and lead others through the same journey.
This final session is about getting agents to work together. Building on the skills and workflows from Parts 1 and 2, participants learn how to design multi-agent systems where a manager agent delegates to worker agents, each responsible for executing a specific step toward a final outcome. It is a highly effective approach for tackling complex, high-level tasks while keeping the human in the loop for final review and approval. Participants leave with the confidence to design and direct multi-agent workflows.
- How to orchestrate multiple agents around planning, execution, review, and verification
- When to split work across agents
- How to design effective workflows that are faster, safer, and easier
- Use an agent to conduct research and support planning tasks
- Apply agent orchestration principles to divide and delegate work across multiple agents
- Create dedicated persistent agents for specific responsibilities
- Enable communication between agents, including sending and receiving responses across agent boundaries
- Collaborating with Agents: Part 1 and Part 2 are prerequisites for this class.
- This series builds on the skills introduced in the Introduction to AI and AI for Professionals classes.
- Participants should set up a Hyperclaw account before attending.
